Expansion of free VPS service for students

NOTE: We did not receive the funding we requested to upgrade the cluster, so we are not taking new requests. We may be looking for a new cluster maintainer. Contact yakatz@cs if you are interested. The student chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery operates a Virtual Private Server service for students who need it. Servers are available per-semester and can be extended as long as you are a student (and as long as we have capacity). The service is currently at capacity and we want to see if there is interest in expanding it. If you are interested, DM your name, major, expected graduation year, and @terpmail address so we can apply for funding and show student support.
