ACM Speaker – Uttaran Bhattacharya: Research on Human Motion Synthesis

March 12 @ 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Join us on Tuesday for our next (virtual) meeting with Dr. Uttaran Bhattacharya: a Research Scientist at Adobe, alumnus of the University of Maryland, and winner of ACM’s MIG 2022 Best Paper Award.

During the session, Dr. Bhattacharya will delve into the intricacies of human motion recognition: its applications, challenges, and cutting-edge advancements. This presentation is an amazing opportunity to learn about how computers recognize humans whether you are a freshman college student or a seasoned researcher. Make sure to RSVP below so we can get an accurate count of attendees. We are looking forward to seeing everybody and learning more about how recurrent neural networks, GANs, normalising flows and other techniques can be used to analyze human motion!
